As a government employee, can I claim insurance for a private institution like SSANH?

Yes, you can claim insurance for the ayurvedic treatment at SSANH from Third party administrator, insurance companies and governments schemes such as CGHS

Earlier reimbursement of costs related to AYUSH treatment use to happen only at government authorized treatment centres whereas outpatient treatment costs and consultation costs were not covered under the same. Treatment undertaken at any healthcare facility which was not an approved institution was also not covered under AYUSH treatment. Today, companies are launching insurance plans for private hospitals along with government hospitals with a possibility of reimbursement and cashless treatment.
