CGHS EMPANELMENT AND CASHLESS FACILITY
CGHS Empanelment enables eligible Central Government Health Scheme (CGHS) beneficiaries to avail of approved healthcare services at an empanelled facility, subject to applicable CGHS rules and authorization. Eligible beneficiaries can receive treatment according to the terms of their referral and entitlement. Cashless treatment is available only where permitted under the applicable CGHS guidelines and authorization; beneficiaries should confirm the required referral, approval and entitlement before admission.
CGHS PENSIONERS
Required Documents
- CGHS Referral Letter specifying the quantity and total duration of treatment.
(Referral from Trivandrum Ayurveda Hospital or Regional CGHS Centres is mandatory.)
- CGHS Beneficiary Card.
Treatment Duration: 14 Days
CGHS BENEFICIARIES IN SERVICE
Mode of Availment
Treatment is provided on a Reimbursement Basis as per applicable CGHS guidelines.

- CGHS Beneficiary Card.
KIND NOTE
- Referral should be issued from a CGHS Government Hospital in Trivandrum or Regional Centres of CGHS.
- The referral letter must bear the seal and signature of the referring doctor.
- Prior room booking is mandatory.
- Rooms will be allotted based on the eligibility of the beneficiary.
- Treatment duration approved under CGHS is 14 days.
