Launch of Ātmanuṣṭāna by Dr. Sanand Ratnam Thekkayil
The Golden Jubilee event will also witness the release of Ātmanuṣṭāna, a new book authored by Dr. Sanand Ratnam Thekkayil, focusing on Dinacharya (daily routines) and Ritucharya (seasonal routines) as practical disciplines for sustainable health.
We are privileged that the book will be released by the Hon’ble District Collector, Snehal Kumar, IAS. The launch is aligned with the 10th Ayurveda Day (23rd September 2025) and its theme “Ayurveda for People and Planet.”
This publication is both a contribution to the Golden Jubilee and a reaffirmation of Ayurveda’s role in nurturing human health while safeguarding ecological balance – echoing the vision of the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine (NCISM).

On this special occasion, the Hon’ble District Collector Snehil Kumar, IAS, will also inaugurate our new initiative – KARVA AYURVEDA, a project dedicated to expanding authentic Ayurvedic care, preventive health, and wellness programs to a wider community.
