Case Study of Mr. Gangadharan for Varicose Veins Treatment in Ayurveda

Veins are blood vessels that transport deoxygenated blood from the outer body parts to the heart and lungs. Raktamokshanam is a blood-letting therapy which involves the removal of vitiated toxin blood from the patient’s body. It is performed by direct puncture of the blood vessel using a leech on the affected body parts. This treatment helps to eliminate impurities from the blood, thus healing any specific wound.

Raktamokshanam – Procedure in which leeches are used to suck vitiated blood , Procedure was done for 3 days.

Lavana Kizhi for 14 days.
