Increase your calcium and vitamin D intake
Strong bones can help prevent osteoporosis. Osteoporosis is one of the most common causes of back pain especially for women in their later life i.e. after Menopause. There is direct relation between decrease of estrogen after Menopause and development of Osteoporosis. After menopause bone resorption overtakes the bone formation. Early menopause and any diseases in which the woman has low hormone levels can cause loss of bone mass. Moreover generally around age 30, bone density begins to drop naturally with age. Keep the bones in your spine strong by consuming plenty of Calcium and Vitamin D. Also boost bone density with vitamin K and consume less Caffeine.
